1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and shopping at Redapple Talks, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all these conditions, you are prohibited from utilizing this web portal and should exit immediately.

2. User Accounts and Security

To unlock certain store elements, such as checkout, order history dashboards, or premium subscriber benefits, you must establish an account. You agree that:

• You will supply precise, current registration parameters (name, email address, and active mobile contact number).
• You are solely responsible for protecting your password credentials.
• You will immediately notify store support if you suspect unauthorized logins or session leaks.

3. Purchase of Products and Licensing

Redapple Talks sells physical products (accessories) and virtual products (digital eBooks, software templates, design kits).

• Physical Items: Subject to standard packaging, shipping rates, and warehouse stocks.
• Virtual Items: Granted as a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license. You may not distribute, resell, lease, or bundle digital downloads.
• Pricing: All item prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notification. Transaction totals include taxes according to legal guidelines.

4. Payments and Billing

We process payments securely through our partner Cashfree Payment Gateway. You represent that you have the legal authorization to utilize your chosen card or UPI payment method. We are not liable for transaction failures originating from client bank issues or gateway connectivity drops.

5. Account Suspension

Redapple Talks reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or ban customer account records at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if we find violations of these Terms (such as credit card fraud, reverse engineering digital APIs, script abuses, or spamming reviews).

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Redapple Talks, its directors, or developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our physical accessories, downloadable virtual guides, or database APIs.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in compliance with the laws of India. Any litigation arising out of purchases or site activities shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
