All digital and downloadable products sold on our platform are non-refundable, as they are instantly accessible after purchase.

Templates
Presets
Printable Files
Digital Cards
Online Tutorials
Software Plugins / Add-ons
Once the digital product is delivered or downloaded, it is considered used, and no refund or exchange will be processed.
A refund will be issued only after:
Your request is reviewed by our support team
Proof is submitted (photos/videos of product issue)
The issue is validated through inspection
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be sent to the original payment method
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Digital goods (all downloadable content)
Gift cards or coupon vouchers
Customized or personalized products
Discounted or sale items (unless damaged)
We offer free replacement under the conditions below:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged item received
Missing parts or incomplete product

Return shipping is free if:
