1. Physical Products Shipping

We package and dispatch our high-quality physical accessories from our primary hub in Bengaluru.

• Processing Time: Orders are verified, packed, and handed over to logistics partners within 1 to 2 business days after successful Cashfree payment.
• Delivery Area: Currently, we ship to all pin codes across India. Delivery to remote regions may take additional transit days.

3. Virtual Products Immediate Delivery

For virtual items (such as templates, PDF books, Figma UI kits):

• There are **zero shipping fees** and no physical deliveries involved.
• Upon successful payment confirmation by Cashfree, your unique download links are instantly generated and displayed on the checkout success screen.
• An automated transaction invoice containing the direct secure asset links will be sent to your registered email immediately via our SMTP server.
• You can also access your virtual downloads anytime from the "My Dashboard" console under the "Downloads" tab.

4. Shipping Alerts & Tracking

Once your physical order package is dispatched, we update the status parameters in your dashboard and transmit a confirmation email containing a carrier tracking link. You can track package status directly on the carrier website or under the "Order History" tab in your profile dashboard.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is damaged during transit or fails to arrive within the scheduled window, please reach out immediately to our support desk. We will coordinate with the courier agency to locate your package or dispatch a replacement item at no additional charge.
